Baby or Cake?

A teacher friend who is pregnant and beginning to look pregnant, was asked by one of her young pupils:

Pupil: “What’s that lump?”
Teacher: “It’s a baby inside my tummy”
Pupil: “Don’t be silly it’s not a baby it’s cake”!!
